This announcement explains what's new, why we made the change, and what it means for you. The short version: your products, services, account, and pricing all stay exactly the same. ### At a glance * HMALL is now NovaLink - a new name with a refreshed brand identity. * This is a name and branding change only. Products, services, pricing, and your account are all unaffected. * No action is needed from you. * New orders will show the NovaLink branding on confirmations and invoices; your past HMALL invoices remain available and valid. * Same shop, same team, same service you already know. ### What has changed * **Our name:** HMALL is now NovaLink. * **Our brand identity:** a new logo, colour palette, and visual style now appear across our platform. * **Where you'll see it:** our shop, emails and invoices now carry the NovaLink name and look. * **Web address / email:** the shop is accessible from nodelink navigation as earlier, the web address is updated to . ### Why we have rebranded As we have grown, we have evolved from a single shopping destination into a broader, more connected platform - and we wanted a name and identity that reflect where we are headed. The name **NovaLink** brings together nova, a symbol of something new and bright, and link, representing the connections we build between people, products, and services. The new brand signals our renewed ambition and focus for the future. What it does **not** change is our commitment to you: the same people, the same standards, and the same experience you already trust. ### What is not changing We want to be completely clear about this. The following all stay exactly as they were: * **Your products and services** - identical, with the same features and quality. * **Pricing, plans, and subscriptions** - unchanged. * **Your account** - same access, order history, saved details, and preferences. * **The company and team** - this is a rebrand, not a sale, merger, or change of ownership. The same team continues to serve you. * **Existing orders, contracts, warranties, vouchers, gift cards, and loyalty points** - all remain valid. * **Your data, privacy, and security** - the same practices and protections as before. ### What this means for you * **No action required.** There's nothing you need to do - no re-registration and no changes to your account. * **New purchases:** your order confirmations and invoices will now display the NovaLink name and branding. * **Past purchases:** invoices for orders placed before the change remain available in the shop under the original HMALL branding, and stay fully valid for your records, warranty, and returns. * **What you'll notice:** the new name and look across the places you already use us - otherwise, it's business as usual. ### Frequently asked questions **Do I need to do anything?**\ No. Your account and everything in it carry over automatically. **Are my old HMALL invoices still available and valid?**\ Yes. They remain accessible in the shop with their original HMALL branding and are still valid for all purposes. **Will my new invoices look different?**\ Yes - invoices for new purchases will show the Novalink name and branding. Only the branding changes; the invoice details and their validity are unaffected. **Has the company been sold or acquired?**\ No. This is purely a name and brand change.
