# Nx1 Home Station Delivery – Important Information

We have received an update from Horys Technologies to confirm that delivery of the Nx1 machines is officially beginning.

Please read the following carefully to ensure a smooth process.

### What Should you Expect to Receive

All communication regarding your machine delivery will come exclusively from official sources:

* NovaLink
* Horys Technologies

The process will follow this structure:

1️⃣ Initial Communication (this report)

* Confirms that your order is entering the delivery phase

2️⃣ Shipment Confirmation Email

* Confirms that your machine is ready for dispatch
* Provides general delivery information

3️⃣ Emails with Tracking & Transit Updates

* Provides your tracking number
* Notifies you of shipment progress
* Informs you when your machine reaches key stages (in transit, arrival in country, customs, etc.)

**IMPORTANT NOTE:** You will NOT receive emails directly from shipping providers.

### Important – Communication Verification

All legitimate communication via email will come from:

* NTECH LINK TECHNOLOGIES
* Horys Technologies

If you receive messages from any other source claiming to be related to your shipment, treat them with caution.

### Shipping Providers

We are currently working with:

* One shipping provider for Europe
* One shipping provider for the rest of the world
* A third provider may be added if required

Shipping operations are handled internally and communicated through official emails.

### Importation & Taxes

The Nx1 machine is shipped as a standard computer.

To receive your machine, you may be required to:

* Pay applicable import duties / taxes (depending on your country)
* Provide supporting documents, such as:
  * Invoice
  * Proof of payment (credit/debit card)

These requirements are determined entirely by local regulations.

### Delivery Timeline

**Estimated delivery time:**

2 to 3 weeks from when you receive the Shipment Confirmation Email.

This timeline may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.

### Important – Customs Action Required

When your machine arrives in your country:

* You will be notified via official email
* You must complete the import process and pay any required taxes promptly

Each country applies a limited time window for customs clearance.

Failure to act within this timeframe may result in:

* Storage fees
* Return of the shipment

Do not delay once you receive notification.

### Setup Process (Plug & Play)

Once you receive your Nx1 machine:

* Connect it to the power
* Connect it to your internet
* Follow the instructions included in the box
* Complete the connection through your App Centre

The machine is designed to operate automatically once connected to an active internet line.

### Activation Window

After the machine has been delivered:

You will have 30 days to:

* Connect the machine to the internet
* Link it to your NodeLink account 

Infrastructure participation only begins once the machine is active and connected
